Wellington E. Olander has been a trusted figure in Bahamian law for over three decades. Admitted to the Bahamas Bar on 27th October 1989, he brings a breadth and depth of experience in civil and commercial law that is rare in any jurisdiction, let alone a single practitioner.

Before founding W.E. Olander & Co. in 2005, Mr. Olander served as Assistant Director of Legal Affairs in the Chambers of the Attorney-General — a role that gave him unparalleled insight into regulatory practice, anti-money laundering, and the inner workings of Bahamian law at the highest level.

The firm is located one block from the Bahamas Stock Exchange and the Central Bank of The Bahamas. Every client receives the direct attention of Mr. Olander himself.
